Step block challenge Eleanor is taking on an inspiring challenge — stepping the equivalent height of Devil’s Dyke (a staggering 90 meters!) using a step block. By using a step block, Eleanor can work the muscles in her lower body ranging from her quadriceps, hamstrings glutes to her calves! Each step helps build power, endurance, and stability💪🏼This challenge is also helping Eleanor enhance her balance and coordination. With every carefully placed step, she’s improving her ability to shift weight, lift her foot, and maintain control all vital skills for mobility! Eleanor’s journey has been nothing short of remarkable. With the unwavering support of her dedicated team and the expert guidance of the Chailey fitness instructors, she’s made incredible strides.
