Extraordinary lives start with extraordinary people
At Chailey Heritage Foundation, we support children and young people with complex disabilities, and their families. Together, we nurture their potential and help them to explore what's possible.
This life-changing work is only possible because of the passionate, skilled and caring people who make up our team. Whether you’re working directly with the young people we support, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, or helping us grow our reach and impact, you’ll be part of something that really matters.
We’re proud of our supportive and inclusive culture, where colleagues feel valued, respected and inspired to be their best. You’ll be encouraged to grow, trusted to lead, and recognised for the impact you make, every day.
Our work is challenging, but it’s full of joy, purpose and pride. We celebrate progress, big and small, and we’re energised by the possibilities ahead.
We’re always looking for people who share our values, our energy and our belief in what’s possible.

Play a vital role in supporting children and young people with physical disabilities, complex medical needs and communication difficulties to access their education and experience fulfilling school days. If you’re compassionate, practical and ready to be part of a warm, multidisciplinary team where education, care and clinical support come together, discover the role and find out more.
Support young people with complex disabilities to live life on their terms. You’ll help with daily routines, communication and care—while also being there for the fun, laughter and small wins. It’s hands-on, emotionally rich, and every day is different. (Bank contracts currently unavailable. Sponsorships not offered.)
Be part of a team that explores life-changing possibilities together. As our Assistive Technology Manager, you'll use innovative technology and specialist expertise to help children and young people with complex disabilities communicate, learn, participate and achieve, building confidence, independence and opportunity.
This is a nights leadership role — but it isn’t five nights a week. You will lead and support our overnight social care teams, and you will also work day shifts focused on training, supervision, coaching and wider management responsibilities.
As a SEND Teacher you'll join an Ofsted Outstanding special school and nationally recognised organisation where a highly skilled multidisciplinary team works together to help children and young people with complex disabilities achieve extraordinary outcomes and explore what's possible.
Join our People Team as a Learning and Development Consultant, helping colleagues across Chailey build skills, confidence and capability. You'll design learning solutions, support development and make a meaningful difference to our teams and the children and young people we support.
