Extraordinary lives start with extraordinary people
At Chailey Heritage Foundation, we support children and young people with complex disabilities, and their families. Together, we nurture their potential and help them to explore what's possible.
This life-changing work is only possible because of the passionate, skilled and caring people who make up our team. Whether you’re working directly with the young people we support, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, or helping us grow our reach and impact, you’ll be part of something that really matters.
We’re proud of our supportive and inclusive culture, where colleagues feel valued, respected and inspired to be their best. You’ll be encouraged to grow, trusted to lead, and recognised for the impact you make, every day.
Our work is challenging, but it’s full of joy, purpose and pride. We celebrate progress, big and small, and we’re energised by the possibilities ahead.
We’re always looking for people who share our values, our energy and our belief in what’s possible.

From feeding animals and maintaining habitats to getting involved in seasonal tasks, the farm offers opportunities to build confidence, develop skills and be part of something meaningful.
