Join our People Team as a Learning and Development Consultant, helping colleagues across Chailey build skills, confidence and capability. You'll design learning solutions, support development and make a meaningful difference to our teams and the children and young people we support.

This is a nights leadership role — but it isn’t five nights a week. You will lead and support our overnight social care teams, and you will also work day shifts focused on training, supervision, coaching and wider management responsibilities.
Support young people with complex disabilities to live life on their terms. You’ll help with daily routines, communication and care—while also being there for the fun, laughter and small wins. It’s hands-on, emotionally rich, and every day is different. (Bank contracts currently unavailable. Sponsorships not offered.)
