We opened fitness events for the wider community! Last week we partnered with Active Eastbourne and Lewes to put on 2 different fitness events to give people with a disability a chance to try out some of our exciting sessions.We first ran an adapted games session featuring many of our switch-operated games such as boccia, table cricket, skittles and coconut shy.We then ran a fun exercise circuit training session.This was a great opportunity for all of the Activity Place customers to try some different sessions as well as customers from the community.
