Integrating learning, therapy and funOur unique on-site partnership with Chailey Clinical Services, part of Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust, ensures therapy is integral to every student’s timetable.Therapists lead individual and small group sessions and provide in-class support and training classroom teams. Therapists and specialist engineers are also on hand to address altered and changing physical and postural needs.Teachers and therapists work together to devise individual programmes and ‘My Next Steps’ targets which are incorporated into meaningful and fun activities at all times of the school day.We have a dedicated Nurses’ station within the school as well as Physiotherapy gyms and break-out rooms for the Speech & Language and Occupational Therapists to use.
