Welcome to Patchwork Farm! Our therapy farm has been specially designed to give the young people at Chailey a unique, hands-on, multi-sensory experience with several different animals.All the animal paddocks are fitted with 4ft gates for wheelchair access directly into the animals' enclosures. Concrete paths and the covered outdoor learning centre mean that young people and adults can visit the farm all year round – whatever the weather!When pupils at Chailey visit the farm they have clear learning objectives, which are linked to their ‘My Next Steps’ target. So, they’re learning and having fun at the same time.
