As a Community Engagement Volunteer, you will be an advocate and community ambassador for the charity, and raise awareness about the work we do and how we help change the lives children and young people living with complex disabilities.

What you will do

  • Prepare and deliver talks and presentations to local community groups about the work of CHF and how they can support the Foundation
  • Show visitors around CHF (for example, potential donors, volunteers, colleagues)
  • Promote CHF services and activities in the wider community
  • Keep track of updates and new information about Chailey Heritage Foundation

What you will bring

  • Access to own transport for off site visits
  • Enthusiasm and commitment
  • Able to represent CHF in the community
  • Presentation skills
  • Willing to engage with donors and members of the public
  • Able to work independently
  • A passion for Chailey Heritage Foundation or willingness to learn more about its work and history

Location

Tours will take place on-site at Chailey Heritage Foundation but talks and presentations will be in the community.
