Director of Care What’s your role at Chailey Heritage Foundation and what does it involve?My remit involves leadership of our social care services provision, ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical and care standards alongside regulatory compliance. I am responsible for ensuring services remain innovative, sustainable and responsive to changing needs.Could you share a little bit about your career history?Before taking on my current role, I was Care Director at the St Peter and St James Hospice, which is nearby in North Chailey. My background is in nursing, and I was also Head of Community Services and Hospice at Home Nurse Manager at St Wilfrid's Hospice, Eastbourne.What’s your favourite thing to do outside work?I love my garden and seeing things grow and take shape each season, walking on the Downs with my dog, and spending time with my husband and grown-up sons.
