We’re proud to share a new video created by Holly and her support worker Rosie.Holly begins her day in our gym, this space is designed for people who may find traditional fitness settings hard to access. It supports those with mobility needs, injuries or learning and physical disabilities. Holly takes part in exercises tailored to her, she works at her own pace and builds strength and confidence in a way that suits her.Next, Holly heads to a cooking session. Here, she uses specialist equipment that helps her stay independent and engaged. Adaptive tools, including button devices, can help support her to take part safely and successfully. With the right setup, Holly can focus on enjoying the activity and learning new skills.After a busy morning, it’s time for a well-earned lunch break. Holly visits GK’s Café, which is a welcoming space where young people can choose their own food and snacks. Holly selects her lunch and takes time to relax before the afternoon sessions begin.In the afternoon, Holly takes part in rebound therapy. This session supports both physical development and emotional wellbeing. The gentle, supported movement helps improve coordination, balance and confidence. It helps create connection through a safe and guided activity.To end the day, Holly visits the immersive room. This unique space uses 360-degree projection, sound and lighting to create engaging environments. It allows young people to explore different themes and experiences in a sensory-friendly way.
