Colleagues from across Chailey Heritage Foundation came together last week to celebrate Foundation Festival 2026.The event gave colleagues the opportunity to relax, connect and enjoy a wide range of activities throughout the day. From wellbeing sessions and healthcare advice to coffee, pizza and ice cream, there was something for everyone to enjoy.A key focus of this year's festival was colleague wellbeing. Many colleagues took advantage of the health check station, spinal assessments and the chance to speak with wellbeing and healthcare providers. The theme for Foundation Festival 2026 was Celebrating Our Values, with our values and behaviours woven throughout the day. The festival was made possible thanks to the hard work of colleagues across the organisation who helped organise activities, entertainment, food and resources. We'd also like to thank those who remained on shift throughout the day, continuing to provide exceptional support to the children and young people who rely on us.Foundation Festival 2026 was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our colleagues, recognise their contributions and reflect on the values that bring us together as one team.
