Young people celebrate creativity with Chelsea Flower Show-inspired week at Hanbury

This week, we brought the spirit of the Chelsea Flower Show to Hanbury. Young people took part in a series of creative activities inspired by the event, exploring colour, design and self-expression in ways that felt meaningful to them.

Pupils had the chance to design their own flower displays. They chose their favourite flowers and thought about how to arrange them!

Alongside this, young people also worked with clay to create handmade flowers. They shaped and decorated clay. The activity gave everyone the freedom to be creative in their own way. They help build confidence and encourage independence. They also create a calm, supportive space where young people can explore what they enjoy.
