We like to set a number of challenges for our gym users at the LSC. One of Max’s aims for using the gym was to improve his lower body strength, balance and co-ordination. An exercise that we carry out with Max to help work towards his targets is stair walking.
Max was getting on so well with this exercise that we set him a challenge back in November 2020 to climb the equivalent height of the Eiffel Tower which is 324 metres high.
On Friday, Max completed his final flight of stairs and finished the challenge! Well done Max from everyone at Chailey Heritage Foundation.
