Chailey Heritage Foundation provides a full range of Education, Health and Care services. Education, through our school and Care through its residential houses, offers of short breaks and holiday activities. All our young people’s health needs are met by NHS-run Chailey Clinical whose doctors, nurses, therapists and rehabilitation engineers are based here on the site we share in Sussex. They also support the young people in our post 19 service, making the Transition to Adulthood.
