Finn, from our Hanbury Department, really enjoys visiting Worthing Pier and he even has a poem devoted to him displayed there!
It’s called ‘Our Pier’ (for Finn) and it starts with the lines: ‘He loves the pier, I push him in any weather, come wind, rain or shine, even snow – off we go!’
For all of us who know and work with Finn this is so appropriate, as he really does love being outdoors and active. The beautiful poem was written by him and his mother Rowena, and it’s a lovely addition to this Worthing landmark.
Finn is currently in Year 14 and his time at Chailey Heritage Foundation is drawing to a close. Soon he will move onto a new chapter but we hope to always stay in touch!
