Life Skills Centre
The Life Skills Centre is an exciting new facility where young, disabled adults can participate in activities to help them develop skills for living through learning and experience. It is not only open to the young adults who reside here but also to people with disabilities in the local community. It offers an accessible gym, spa and sauna, living skills training, arts and crafts sessions, top-of-the range multi-media facilities, massage therapy and a café, which is open to the community.
Thanks to the generosity of a huge number of trusts, foundations, livery companies, corporates and individuals, we were able to complete this £3.1m capital project to build a modern facility suitable for the 19-25 year old age group.
