Have you ever thought about a career in care? Are you looking for a rewarding career that offers you the opportunity to make a real difference to a young person’s life every single day? Then you’re in the right place!
We’re currently recruiting for a range of Support Worker roles both on site at Chailey Heritage Foundation’s residential bungalows and in our local community.
The Support Worker role is vital in ensuring that our very complex, disabled children and young adults have the opportunity to pursue their full potential and prepare them for life beyond Chailey Heritage Foundation by promoting independence. It is hard work and requires commitment, but it is a hugely fulfilling job and can bring real joy.
Kate has been with Chailey Heritage Foundation for 6 years as a Support Worker at our Orchard Residential Bungalow after leaving a career in teaching.
Kate says: ‘My colleagues are all absolutely amazing. We all just work as such a team and we enjoy the job so much. You can feel the energy on the bungalow.”
“It’s been a completely lovely change of direction for me and I’ve loved every minute of it.”
