Chailey Heritage Foundation will be hosting another transition to adult services coffee morning on Thursday 15th June. The event will be virtual and held from 10:30 – 12:30.
At each of these informal events, we focus on a different aspect of transition to adult services. This event will focus on the transfer of therapy services after a young person leaves school.
We’ll be joined by the Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT) who will be giving advice about the transfer of therapy services after school, Maxine Goodman, Anne Walker and Helen Justice from NHS Learning Disability and Neurodevelopment Services for West Sussex, and Chailey Clinical Services who will provide information on their services and how they work with the CLDT.
This event is suitable for parents with children of all ages and it’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with others who may be facing similar challenges.
Please email office@chf.org.uk to book your place and receive a Microsoft Teams link.
